There are two flushing nozzles and coolant absorbing rollers at the outfeed end of the conveyor table. Once the steel plate is ground, dust on the steel plate surface will be washed down, and then the coolant absorbing rollers will completely absorb the water.

Grinding Head Configuration
. The sanding belt oscilation is actuated by air cylinder.
. The sanding belt tracking is controlled by photo-electric sensor.
. In case mistrack occurs, the machine stops automatically.
. In case of sanding belt breakage, the machine stops automatically.
  
Magnet-Type Filters
The coolant system is equipped with a powerful suction pump for sufficient cool flow, which assures an excellent grinding effect and long service life of sanding belt.
  
Paper-Type Filters
The coolant system is equipped with a powerful suction pump for sufficient cool flow, which assures an excellent grinding effect and long service life of sanding belt.
  
Variable Feed Speed
The machine employs a belt-type variable speed mechanism. Variable feed speed range is from 3.5~9 M/min, making the machine suitable foe grinding various steel plate materials.
  
Powered Elevation Of Grinding Head
. The grinding head elevaton is powered by a motor, providing convenient adjustment for grinding head positioning.
. A micrometric adjustment handwheel is provided on the motor shaft accurate adjustment of grinding head position.
